About the Job
PCB Printed Circuit Board Assembler.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Sugar Land, Texas.
Job Description:
- Pay Rate: $19.50/hr plus Overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire.
- Hours: 1st Shift, 06:00 a.m - 02:00 p.m from Monday to Friday.
- Assembly and soldering of Printed Circuit Boards.
- Read design drawings.
- Electronic component identification.
- Understanding of Quality standards.
- Ability to use microscope for long periods of time.
- Follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects.
- The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
- Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 years.
- Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED.
- Is there any certification preferred? IPC-610.
